Symbiotik Kombucha originated from an idea that Kombucha could be more than just another beverage. That a company could be more than just a product and a business more than just a way to pay the bills. The idea that quality ingredients can become far more beneficial when combined with other ingredients. An idea that Kombucha can be rich in nutrients while at the same time full of flavor. These idea stems from our adventures in Central America, more specifically, the rainforest. Nature. A place where life and organisms not only depend on one another to survive, but a place where in doing so, they thrive. A place where all life matters and all life is connected. Our intentions are to create a Kombucha that will invigorate your body, challenge your mind, and energize your soul. 

Our combination of quality ingredients, with an emphasis on health and nutrition, paired with inventive fermentation methods, produces a unique Kombucha full of flavor and depth. We do not use any artificial ingredients and avoid any processed ingredients. Our Kombucha is made with real ingredients. There is no way to reproduce the scent of freshly cut rosemary, scraped vanilla bean, or bruised lemongrass. We allow the ingredients to speak for themselves. -

While traditional Kombucha is produced with Black Tea, we use a unique blend of hand picked green and white teas. This subtle change allows our ingredients and flavors to be more pronounced. Our use of Tulsi, and other adaptogenic herbs, provides background and structure. You'll find a good amount of fresh ginger in all of our flavors, as well as cardamom. The Queen of spices. Each ingredient is hand selected to impart it's unique sense.
